  • Bones - Muscles - Joints

  • What is Reiter's syndrome?
  • I would like to know what exactly Dupuytren's disease is and what treatments are there available?
  • Can a Baker's cyst cause cervical muscle spasms? The cyst was caused by an injury 18 years ago, confirmed by arthrogram. I was told to ignore it, that it probably would not require surgery. The knee swells, and the cyst can be seen. I have received physical therapy and do exercises for the back spasms, but nothing short of pain meds really helps. It's getting real old.
  • What could cause upper back pain?
  • How is fibromyalgia treated?
  • My left leg tinkles between the hip and knee. It feels like the leg is partially asleep. It does not hurt but the sensation is getting more common (used to happen only towards the end of the day) and widespread. I work out 5-10/week (weights, skate and walks) and the leg is strong but the knees are a little shot. I also damaged the leg in a bike crash 10 years ago.
  • I am a 19 year old female who just started a job that requires standing for hours on end. I've worked for only two days, and my feet, knees and lower back are already suffering. Aside from sturdy work shoes, what can I do to prevent the pain and fatigue that follows this job?
  • I am a 55 year old female who recently had what my doctor referred to as a lunar stroke. I was prescribed a drug called Plavix. I suffer from a serious case of osteoathritis in my hands. It is very painful and sometimes unbearable. My doctor does not know what to prescribe for me to treat my arthritis. He says I cannot have aspirin or ibuprofen because of the Plavix. What about Oruvail? My doctor has never heard of it, but my son takes it for arthritis he suffers as a cause of sports injuries.
