Colombia Not required; however, Colombia recommends vaccination for travelers to middle valley of the Magdalena River; eastern and western foothills of the Cordillera Oriental from the frontier with Ecuador to that with Venezuela; Urabá; foothills of the Sierra Nevada; eastern plains (Orinoquia); and Amazonia.

CDC recommends for all travelers (from any country) more than 9 months of age who go outside urban areas.
